We are Hiring Legal Staff
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in law
- Fresh graduate are welcome, preferably experienced
- Age max. 35 years old
- Have a good communication in English is a must, Mandarin is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with low supervision
- Attention to detail
- Working location at Jakarta area
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including partnerships with third parties, customer contracts, vendor agreements,etc
- Manage and protect the company's intellectual rights. Monitor potential infringements.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations. Provide guidance and ensure investors guidance implementation on risk management strategies to the executive team.
- Manage any legal disputes, litigation, or regulatory investigations that may arise. Work with external legal counsel as needed.
- Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders based on request
- Any other duties assigned
